Ministry of Small Business & Provincial Revenue (2004, 2006, 2007)
As tour coordinator for two previous tours in 2004 and 2006 I wrote press releases, speeches, and conducted media relations. Protocol between municipal and provincial levels of government was also required. Media coverage in regional and local outlets.

Writing coach for the Client Services Division, providing writing advice to staff as well as plain language training. As the writing coach I moved between all levels of management and staff.
